The McGill Observatory on Health and Social Services Reforms (MOHSSR) is very pleased to announce that André Picard will deliver the 2nd Annual MOHSSR Public Lecture on November 16th, 2018.
An initiative of the Faculty of Medicine under the joint leadership of the Institute for Health and Social Policy and the Department of Family Medicine, the MOHSSR aims to serve as a hub for health services research and training at McGill.
André Picard is the health columnist at The Globe and Mail and the author of five books, including the current bestseller “Matters of Life and Death.” He has received much acclaim for his writing and his dedication to improving health care, including the prestigious Michener Prize for Meritorious Public Health Journalism and the Hyman Solomon Prize for Public Policy Journalism.
The event is free of charge and open to the public, however, RSVP is mandatory. The event will be live-streamed on Facebook. Please share widely.
